What is your return policy?
We will gladly refund purchases within 14 days of the delivery date.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please return your item through our easy online return process.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were received.
All items on SALE, purchased using an additional promotional discount code, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please follow these 3 simple steps to return your item(s):
1: Email email@example.com with your order number.
2: You will receive a pre-paid USPS label within 24hrs. Simply print the label and drop your item off at any USPS drop box or give it to your mailman.
3: All returns are processed within 48hrs of receipt. We will promptly process your return upon receipt of the unworn item(s) less an $9.95 return shipping fee.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
What is your exchange policy?
We are not offering automatic exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
